Ulster County has a wealth of outstanding Black business leaders and Black-owned businesses. The Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Black History Kingston and Ulster County Tourism, wants to recognize the best of these at the 2026 Black Business Community Celebration.
