Ulster Leadership Development Institute (ULDI)
The Chamber has successfully hosted the Ulster Leadership Development Institute (ULDI) for 23 years, providing a rich experience for over 370 graduates. The program has evolved to offer participants 18 diverse interactive sessions with leaders from business, nonprofit, and government sectors within our region, all focused on developing advanced leadership understanding, capacity and significance. The program runs from September through June, includes a limited number of seats, selection process and tuition.Recognized experts and leaders in the community provide insights and facilitate dialogue on key topics within the arts, business, communication, economic development, education, government, health care, law enforcement, nonprofit, and planning sectors.
The 2016-2017 ULDI Class starts with an overnight retreat September 8-9, 2015 at Mohonk Mountain House. Click here for an Application for the 2015-2016 Class, or click here for a ULDI Brochure.
