The Bright Choices online questionnaire guides each employee in personalizing their own benefits portfolio to get the best coverage at the lowest possible price. And when employees are involved in making informed health insurance choices, they become more active participants in their health care, leading to more preventive care and healthier lifestyles. You and your employees get year-round service online and on the phone by licensed benefits professionals based right here in the US.

To enroll in the Chamber’s Bright Choices program and choose your benefits:

Step 1: Completed by each employer
Before you and your employees can enroll in benefits, your company has to be set up in the Bright Choices program. If your group is making any new enrollments, a representative from the group must first fill out and submit a Group Enrollment form (click here for the Group Enrollment Form), or stop by the Chamber for a paper copy).

Step 2: Completed by each employee
Once the company is set up in Bright Choices, each employer and employee can enroll in their personal benefits. Bright Choices will actually recommend the benefits plans that best meet each person’s and family’s needs: Click here for the Personal Enrollment Form

If you or any members from your group have not purchased insurance from the Chamber within the last 12 months, please call Liazon at 1-866-542-9661 to register each person in the Bright Choices Portal, before attempting to log-in for the first time.
