HOPE’s Fund, initiated by United Way of Ulster County is a grass-roots women’s movement born out of the desire tomobilize human and financial resources of local women in order to improve the lives of women in need in our community. The goal is to help women develop their potential to lead independent and meaningful lives by providing them with Help, Opportunity, Passion and Empowerment.
